The frame of the SuperSix EVO LAB71 is made with the new Series 0 Carbon. It is their lightest and most efficient carbon fiber layup to date. A nano-resin layup combined with the carbon fiber allows for little material to be used for a frame with such high tensile and compressive strength. In size 56, the frame comes in at just 770 grams, an unbelievably low weight for such a fast bike. Despite the new build, the SystemSix does not lose its climbing qualities. Aerodynamics are now better than ever on the LAB71 version of the SystemSix EVO. In fact, it has been refined so much that Cannondale claims it to be aerodynamically faster than a lot of “aero road” bikes on the market. Thanks to its redesigned tube shape and integrated system, the SystemSix has reached a new level of efficiency. At 45 km/hr, it needs 12 watts of power less than the previous iteration.
